Can't unlock Google Chrome Backup after re-install

   I recently purchased Google Chrome Backup and it worked fine.  I recently reformatted my hard drive, reinstalled Windows XP Pro and Google Chrome Backup.  When I clicked the "unlock" button and entered my activation key, I received the following pop-up error message:

"Error Error 1002"

When I try clicking on the activation and download links from my confirmation emails sent by you at the time of purchase, I get to your website and all I get is the message: "Naah..."

I'd really appreciate if you could tell me how I can re-unlock Google Chrome Backup, either by sending me a new activation key, or whatever.

I've emailed your support department my purchase info (date of purchase, IDKey, PayPal Transaction ID)
